This semi-automatic fold flag labeling machine adopts desktop compact design, combining label unwinding module, photoelectric sensor positioning system and folding pressing roller set. Operators only need to place wire, tube or carton on the fixture, the machine automatically peels, folds and presses self-adhesive flag labels to finish wrap-around labeling in one cycle.
Two mainstream applicable scenes: wire/cable harness flag marking, carton box corner anti-tamper sealing fold sticker. All adjustment knobs support quick size switching without tools, fit various wire diameters, carton width and label specifications. Stepper motor stable drive avoids label deviation, wrinkle and bubble.
Whole machine thick steel frame with anti-rust baking paint, small footprint, easy to place on workshop worktable.
