This automatic dual‑head paging labeling machine integrates vacuum suction paging feeder together with two independent labeling heads. It completes paging separation and double‑label application in one single pass for flat items, greatly boosting production throughput compared with single‑head paging labelers.
Equipped with high‑precision photoelectric sensors and PLC touch‑screen control system, the machine separates stacked pouches, paper cards, hang tags and carton sheets stably, avoiding double‑feeding or missing‑feed issues. Two label heads work independently, capable of applying two different stickers onto one side of product simultaneously. Running parameters can be saved as formula for fast product change‑over.
Constructed with SUS304 stainless steel and aluminum alloy frame, this labeling unit can run standalone or connect to existing packaging production lines. It fits food bags, cosmetic sachets, gift cards, instruction sheets, logistics cartons and more industries.
