This fully automatic conveyor strapping machine adopts powered roller conveying design. It can be directly docked to the automatic packaging production line. After the carton enters, the machine automatically senses, feeds strap, tensions, hot-melts and cuts the PP strap. It realizes unmanned continuous carton bundling, widely used in e-commerce, logistics, food, household appliances and carton factories.

This inline fully automatic carton strapping machine is equipped with powered roller conveyor, designed for end-of-line automatic packaging. No manual pushing required. When cartons pass through the machine, the sensor triggers automatic strapping circulation: automatic strap feeding, tension adjustment, hot melt bonding and strap cutting.
It can work independently or connect with carton sealer, conveyor system to build an automatic packing line, greatly reduce labor cost and improve packaging speed. Compatible with standard PP strapping bands. The arch frame size can be customized according to customer carton dimension.
